C&C Thug #2 - William Jones Confession

The following details are given by William Jones. Any questions, please feel free to comment here, or PM me.

William Jones Confession
  • Simply walked into the precinct, just like Knowles, in a similarly frazzled state of mind, requesting to talk to any officer at all

  • Says he has more information that will build a better picture than what Knowles gave

  • Jones has about five people on the streets he sells to, including Knowles

  • Sells mostly side arms, pistols of various caliber, hottest items are 9mm up to .45s, usually of the easily concealed kind

  • He’s not the top guy though, it’s bigger than what Knowles knew about

  • Jones is one of a handful of middle-men, all who siphon the weapons down to people in order to further remove the focus of the police from the leaders of the arms ring

  • Does not know anything about the leaders of the arms ring

  • Has location of where he picks up weapons every couple weeks

    • Abandoned house that is private, well protected from nosey neighbors, and in a rough neighborhood where people don’t talk to cops

    • [If anyone shows interest in investigating, let me know. I can accommodate a log of this if anyone wants to do it. I’ll be keeping an eye on your post too, in case the issue comes up.]

  • Calls an unnamed supplier at a number, and arrives at pick-up location where weapons are waiting for him at an appointed time

    • Tracing the number reveals it to be a pay-as-you-go cell phone with no name attached to it

  • When questioned about why he has come forward he shakes his head

    • “I don’t know man, I mean, this guy just tells me I gotta do it, and I swear, if I didn’t he’d kill me or something. I mean, I’m walking home and next thing I know, I’m waking up someplace I don’t know and this guy tells me I gotta talk to the cops. I don’t talk to cops, but it’s like, when he lets me go, I can’t get it outta my head. I just wanna get away from this creep, and I know if I talk, he won’t come after me.”

    • “I don’t know what he looks like. It was dark, I just hear him talking. I can’t say where I was either, I was kinda loopy when he let me go. Probably whatever he used to knock me out.”
